A minor Clarification
I last posted a link to the infamous interview of Andrew Tate. It’s fun to watch and I can’t stand that BBC interviewer and her style that is so typical in modern media. She’s not supposed to be a belligerent prosecutor.
That said, I don’t want to go down as being neccessarily a “fan” of Tates. I’m told that he’s said some pretty horrendous things in the past (though I haven’t actually seen such examples). He’s clearly extremely articulate, smart, and well-educated and I agree with a lot that he says about disciplin and stoicism in the interview.
It sounds like, in the past, he’s been a bit like Howard Stern in some of his comments.
The word “misogynist” is tossed around quite a bit. Like “_____phobia,” it’s often meaningless and doesn’t accurately describe common sarcastic comments or tacky expressions of humor.
What used to be called, “politically correctness” is just a patronizing delusion and disconnection from reality.
